The White-Out Assembly was bright, loud, and full of Rocket spirit! Our students brought the energy, and Rocket was right in the middle of it all! 🙌

This month, we shine a light on sickle cell disease (SCD) and the individuals and families living with it every day.
Sickle cell disease is an inherited blood disorder that can cause severe pain, anemia, infections, and other serious health complications. Awareness and understanding can help build support, encourage early care, and remind those living with SCD that they are not alone.
Let’s use this month to learn, listen, support, and spread awareness about sickle cell disease. ❤️

Mrs. Clements’ class has been learning all about nouns, and they put their knowledge into action by creating their very own class “Noun Town”! 📚✨
Students created their own people, places, and things to add to our town. We had everything from Oakdale to Mrs. Clements—inside Oakdale! 😂 We even had the Devon Tower, spaceships, bikes, and so much more!
This interactive activity brought nouns to life and helped make the concept stick! What a fun way to learn! 🚀📚
