"Donuts with Dudes" on your calendar for this Friday, March 6th! PTC will be serving donuts from 7:45 - 8:10 am in the Oakdale cafeteria. All dads, grandpas, uncles, or any other special "dudes" are invited to join your students. Milk and juice will also be provided, along with coffee generously donated and served by Oakdale Baptist Church.

Leadership Class is hosting a “Tattoo the Teacher” Fundraiser to support EMHS Swine Week! 🎉🐷
Students will have the chance to “tattoo” their favorite teachers (temporary tattoos, of course!) — all for a great cause. It’s a fun way to show school spirit while supporting a meaningful tradition at EMHS.

This week, the Aviation Club had a special visit from Kyla Risenhoover, a previous Speedfest participant, who shared valuable advice and insight about the competition. ✈️🚀

She also spoke about her experiences at the United States Air Force Academy and her current role as a Space Force Officer and representative of the United States Air Force Academy.

Our students loved hearing firsthand what it takes to pursue a future in aviation and space. What an inspiring opportunity! 🌎✨

This week, Ms. Camp’s 4th-grade art classes are learning how to create blind contour still life drawings using both their dominant and non-dominant hands. 🎨✏️

This unique technique challenges students to truly trust what they see rather than what they think they know. By keeping their eyes on the subject and not looking down at their paper, their hands learn to draw exactly what their eyes observe.

It’s amazing to watch their focus, creativity, and confidence grow with this fun artistic challenge! 👀🖌️
