Our 7th-grade science classes researched the interactions within ecosystems found in U.S. National Parks. Students explored how plants, animals, and the environment work together to create balanced habitats. 🌎✨
They then created informative flyers and presented their findings to classmates, building both science knowledge and presentation skills. 👏📚

We wrapped up our Science Olympiad season this past weekend! Fifteen Oakdale Middle School students competed in 23 events at UCO, following a season that included competitions at OSU, Jenks High School, and Southwestern University.
Our team was competitive at every tournament, and these hardworking, talented students represented our school with excellence throughout the season.

A big thank you to OSF for providing our 3rd–5th graders with the Forces & Fire interactive presentation from the Science Museum of Oklahoma! 🔬✨
Students explored the three laws of motion—inertia, equal and opposite reactions, and acceleration—along with exciting demonstrations of combustion. 💨⚙️
The highlight? Watching Mrs. Pitts and Mrs. Edwards brave the flames, students were absolutely wowed and amazed! 🔥👏
