Dear Parents,
Oakdale is now enrolling students for the fall of 2009.
1. Please read the appropriate letter for you child. Either the Pre-K Letter or the Regular Enrollment Letter.
2. Fill out the enrollment form available at the bottom of the page. Everyone will fill out all but the last page. Middle school students will fill out the last page also.
You will notice for middle school stundets (6-7-8) there is a page for some options. We will be glad to help with any individual questions you have. All students will be enrolled in a “Specials Rotation” depending upon the grade. These classes could include, but may not be limited to only Art, PE, Computers, Keyboard, Study Island, French, Personal Finance, and Speech. Other elective type classes could be added.
Please make sure that your child’s immunization records are current and that we have a birth certificate on file. This is extremely important if your child plans to play sports during Middle School, as it is a requirement with the ORES association. Also, please attach a current utility bill and other form of proof of residency with this enrollment form showing your current address. This will verify that you live in the Oakdale School District.
