Monthly Minutes
Minutes of a school board meeting are kept for future reference and are the legal record of what transpired during the course of the meeting. They are a journal of what took place at the meeting without any unnecessary elaboration on the part of the minutes clerk. This is not a verbatim transcript. It is a brief summary of each matter acted upon, motions voted upon with the listing of the vote of each individual member.
